Kwathu is a Malawian word which means 'our place'. Located in North Malawi on the lake shore of Lake Malawi, Kwathu Family Resort boasts a front row view to the lake with the worlds largest range of tropical fish.

Whatever your pleasure, we can accomodate you in luxurious yes simple chalets by the lake side, with a range of activities to rival all others. From beach walks, to kayaking; speed boat racing to picnicking on the sand.
